1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of hetman-marketing.com and purchases of digital PDF guides from ФОП Гетьман Альона Олександрівна, trading as Hetman Marketing. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, price, and these Terms.
2. Digital products
The website offers informational materials in PDF format. Each product page states the guide’s description, language, contents, and price. Guides are educational materials and do not constitute individual legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. Order and payment
Payment is made online through the payment service available on the relevant product page. Card details are processed by the payment provider; Hetman Marketing does not store full card credentials. An order is paid once the payment is successfully confirmed.
4. Delivery
After payment confirmation, the PDF is automatically delivered to the email address supplied by the buyer and/or via the chosen delivery channel. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact details. If the file does not arrive, contact hetman.marketing1@gmail.com.
5. Licence and copyright
The buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased material. Copying, resale, public distribution, sharing access with third parties, or using the material to create a derivative product is prohibited without written permission from the rights holder.
6. Results and liability
The guides provide practical recommendations but do not guarantee a specific income, number of clients, search ranking, or other result. Outcomes depend on starting conditions, implementation, market factors, platform rules, and other circumstances.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Ukrainian law applies. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
